No-Peek Stew
Ingredients:
2 lb beef stew meat, fat trimmed
1 (10 oz) can cream of mushroom soup
1 (1 oz) envelope dry onion soup mix
Directions:
In Dutch oven or roasting pan, combine all ingredients and mix well. Stir in 1 cup water, cover and bake at 325F for 2 hours 30 minutes. Do not peek! Serve over rice or noodles.
*I served mine over noodles.
