Creamy Radish Dip

I tore this Scandinavian appetizer out of Healthy Cooking magazine about a year ago. Very tasty and extremely easy!!

Creamy Radish Dip


1 cup chopped radishes
1/2 cup reduced fat sour cream
4 green onions, sliced
1/2 tsp salt
Rye or whole wheat saltine crackers


In a small bowl, combine the radishes, sour cream, onions and salt. Serve with crackers.
